Manor Hotel Solihull, BW Signature Collection

Staff worked very hard. Staff also friendly and honest. I was attending a wedding in hotel but left wedding card in the bar near reception. I realised that I had left the card around an hour later. I didn't expect to get it back as it contained money, but Staff handed it into reception and I was able to collect it.

As soon as I walked in the door, the reception staff were very pleasant and helpful, and very polite. They explained everything I needed to know and showed me where everything was for the weekend. On the Sunday we went for breakfast in the restaurant and the staff there were excellent, we were shown to our sears and told where everything was. Overall, myself and my partner and I had a very enjoyable stay and a great breakfast on the Sunday. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone, and hopefully, I will return for another stay in the future.

A spotlessly clean little gem in the quiet village of Meriden the very centre of England .It was only 15 mins from Birmingham airport and 30 minutes on the bus to Birmingham city on the X1 bus line.They have a Marco pierre White restaurant on site and the food is divine. The staff were very friendly and overall it was a very comfortable stay.The prices were excellent also two nights for €240 it's rare these days to find a hotel this good at a great price. I highly recommend this hotel top.class all round.

Everything was as it should be clean tidy and well maintained. One thing I would mention that James on reception and Jenny in the restaurant went above and beyond when one of our party had discovered he had booked into the wrong hotel. Jenny, made James aware and James was able sort out a room and transfer the booking for my colleague from his original hotel. Outstanding service!

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good size room, good size bed. Lovely room. Good quality bedding meant I had a great night's sleep, which I hadn't had in a long time. Great having a bar attached, although we didn't get the opportunity to try it, but it seemed pleasant. Really peaceful and calm environment.
